Traditional Southern Style barbecue. We use a Lang Smoker from Nahunta, GA. No gas, No pellets, No Charcoal...just good ol' fashioned oak firewood. We specialize in Texas Brisket, Lexington Pulled Pork, Memphis Ribs and Chicken. Our homemade sides are made daily. A true taste of the South here in the Pacific Northwest.
